Job description

• The candidate will be required to ship orders.
• The candidate will be required to provide customer service.
• The candidate will be required to handle weight more than 45 kg (100 lbs)
• The candidate must have Vehicle and Equipment Experience such as Overhead crane; Dollies and hand trucks.
• The candidate will have to pass through the Strapping machine Security and Safety Driving record check (abstract).
• The candidate will have to take a drug test.
• The candidate will have to go through a Criminal record check
• The candidate will be required to own Tools/Equipment such as Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles and Gloves.
• Work Site Environment is a Confined spaces.
• The working environment will be in an Urban area.

Requirements

• The candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• The candidate will be required to have Industrial Warehouseperson Trade Certification.
• The candidate will be required to have Workplace Safety and Insurance Board(WSIB) clearance Certificate.
• The candidate should have an experience of at least 1 to less than 7 months.
• Public transportation is available for the candidate to use.
• The candidate can use own personal means of transportation.
• The candidate should have valid driver’s license.
• The candidate should have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate should have interpersonal awareness.
• The work will involve a combination of sitting, standing and walking which the candidate should be comfortable with.
• The candidate should be able to manage tight deadlines.
• The candidate should be able to work under pressure.
• The candidate should be able to handle repetitive tasks.
• The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads.
• The work will be physically demanding and hence the candidate should be comfortable with it.
