They will use established process documents and/or guidelines to manage customer expectations in order to uphold standards. They will work together with a range of stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, address customer concerns, and provide customers with information. They will take part in virtual or in-person customer visits or facility tours at CPC upon request or in order to support escalations, maintain peak preparedness, and make sure customers are happy with the product and/or service offering.

Job description
- Candidates will prepare pertinent content for business reviews, find sales opportunities, and assist with onboarding as needed.
- They will assist the Customer Care Team members in providing smooth services to business clients, including escalations from coworkers, change management, reporting, and analytics.Â
- They retain a thorough understanding of financial and business concepts to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for service improvement or cost savings.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a Post secondary Certificate or Degree.
- They should have a minimum of two years’ experience in commercial sales, customer service, or CPC-related work.
- They must be familiar with Microsoft.
Work setting
- Candidates must hold a current provincial driver’s licence.
- They need to have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and sound business acumen.
