Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for facilitating and controlling access for MLAs and other authorized individuals to the Chamber, galleries, corridors, and committee rooms.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing security-related duties during House sittings and committee meetings and supporting the security screening process for all members of the public entering the Parliament Building.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing the Chamber, galleries, corridors, and associated rooms and facilities for use and securing them afterwards.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have completion of Grade 12 along with a minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or customer service environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The candidate must have experience communicating effectively and interacting in a tactful, professional, and courteous manner with various office staff and the public.
