Based in Saint Bruno, this full time position works within Tesla’s service network, supporting vehicle repairs, maintenance and ongoing improvements across one of the world’s leading electric vehicle brands.

This role combines technical work with customer focused service. Service Technicians operate on advanced automotive systems. They carry out full repairs document everything and help refine the repair process via feedback shared with engineering and design teams.

Job Description

  • Service Technician supports vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repair activities at Tesla’s Saint Bruno service location.
  • Full time position within Tesla’s Vehicle Service team.
  • Role combines technical vehicle work with customer focused service.
  • Works in a fast moving environment alongside technicians and engineers.
  • Receives ongoing training, development programs and career growth support.
  • Contributes to process improvements and high quality vehicle service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on Tesla vehicles.
  • Carry out maintenance tasks and complete high voltage related work after training.
  • Provide help to engineering and design teams to support product improvements.
  • Document repair activities clearly and consistently.
  • Inspect workshop equipment and request replacements when required.
  • Work with other teams to prepare, clean and detail vehicles as needed.
  • Participate positively in a changing and team focused work environment.
  • Use company provided technology tools to support diagnostics and training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, associate degree, certificate or work background in a related technology field such as aeronautics, engines, electricity or marine systems.
  • Automotive Service Technician License or desire to become a Technician Apprentice through provincial schooling.
  • Section 609 Refrigerant Handling Certification.
  • Strong attention to workplace safety practices.
  • Valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s licence in Canada is required.
  • Must support projects across Canadian provinces when needed.
  • Must communicate regularly in English with staff and clients outside Quebec.
