The Service Technician is a vital part of the company’s service team and will assist in the operation and repair of some of the highest performing electric vehicles available today. This position will work directly with other skilled technicians and engineers to provide high-quality service in support of Tesla’s efforts toward sustainable energy.
As a Service Employee, your responsibilities will include finding problems with vehicles, making necessary repairs, documenting all work completed and assisting in the improvement of the repair process. You will also utilize special technology provided by Tesla and utilize the tools necessary for maintaining and servicing the vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Perform basic and advanced repair work on Teslaโs vehicles.
- Work with team members to improve repair efficiency and vehicle readiness.
- Operate hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment.
- Use the company supplied laptop for diagnostics and online training.
- Document repair work clearly and maintain service records.
- Inspect workshop equipment and request replacements when required.
- Interact with engineering and design teams to support product improvements.
- Maintain a respectful and team focused approach in the workplace.
Requirements
- Automotive Service Technician License is required or the willingness to become a
- Technician Apprentice through provincial schooling.
- Can work with multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety is required.
- A Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
