Job Description

  • In the position of Service Advisor, the Vehicle Service team provides a full-time role in Kirkland, Quebec.
  • The position will enable the Service Advisor to produce an exceptional and smooth customer experience for Tesla vehicle owners.
  • The position is full-time and typically consists of about 40 hours per week.
  • The Service Advisor will be part of a company that promotes innovation and service delivery methods.
  • This role requires continuous engagement with customers and internal teams regarding Service Options.
  • The service advisor works in an energized mission-driven culture that supports collaboration and fosters a sense of community.

Responsibilities

  • The customer service experience which starts and ends with your service delivery needs to be both friendly and professional.
  • The technician will diagnose service problems and create a detailed explanation of needed repairs while providing possible solutions to customers.
  • The team needs to listen to customer needs before they proceed to solve complicated problems through escalation.
  • The technician team should work with me to create precise records which document all service activities.
  • Handle all transactions while providing an easy-to-understand summary of the work which has been finished.
  • The team needs to handle multiple appointments while maintaining a structured system for their operational records.
  • The organization establishes customer trust by delivering understandable information together with compassionate assistance.

Requirements

  • The person should have extensive vehicle maintenance and repair knowledge which enables them to identify standard vehicle problems and required maintenance work.
  • Should have effective communication skills to deliver service estimates and updates and technical information in a manner that customers can understand.
  • Uses their problem-solving skills to identify problems and collaborate with the service team to develop speedy solutions.
  • Must be patient and empathetic to manage difficult customer situations and solve complicated vehicle problems.
  • Demonstrate exceptional skills in time management and organization which enable them to produce precise service records while working to complete critical tasks.
  • Experience in using Dealer Management Systems and Outlook and MS Office but they want to acquire knowledge about new automotive systems.
  • The person maintains a valid driver’s license which allows them to assist with service operations whenever necessary.
