Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to respond to Customer Requests in a timely manner and as per established deadlines.
- They also appointed to establish and follow Customer touch point calendars to ensure continuous engagement.
- Candidates are also appointed to ensure that CP products are well merchandised and available to shoppers.
- They’re also appointed to lead and interact with a cross-functional category team including category management, supply chain, shipper marketing, and finance in delivering the strategic priorities.
Job requirement
- They must attain a dedicated bachelor’s degree in Business or related area of study.
- Candidates must attain 10+ years of Customer Management, Marketing or Business Finance experience.
- They must attain 3+ years of Supervisory experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must acquire 3+ years of Consumer Goods Industry experience.
