Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for understanding how the Content Management System (CMS) product aligns with the overall business strategy, identifying guest and business problems to be solved, and determining the inputs required to support product success.
  • The candidate will be responsible for creating and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new features across one or more mid-scale and moderately complex products.
  • The candidate will be responsible for documenting high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs that advance product strategy and support key objectives.
  • The candidate will be responsible for attending, participating in, and leading agile ceremonies while demonstrating completed features to stakeholders for one or more mid-scale and moderately complex products.
  • The candidate must make data-informed decisions based on organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting, and emerging trends.
  • The candidate will be responsible for measuring and reporting the success of delivered features and enhancements across one or more mid-scale and moderately complex products.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with developers and business analysts to refine solutions that balance customer value, business value, and implementation effort.
  • The candidate will be responsible for defining feature sizes and participating in feature sizing sessions.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous feedback from stakeholders and guests is integrated into product planning and development through backlog grooming, refinement, and prioritization activities.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements and incorporate them into solution design and prioritization.
  • The candidate must collaborate with the technology team to coordinate training activities and the successful rollout of new features for business users.
  • The candidate will be responsible for identifying and leading change management activities to support rollout to impacted stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have 5+ years of digital product management experience, with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications or customer service applications.
  • The candidate may have up to 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal product management experience.
  • The candidate must possess a minimum BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university.
  • Candidates with an advanced degree are preferred.
  • The candidate must have experience with digital technologies, e-commerce, and mobile applications.
  • The candidate must have experience working on products with end users outside North America, which is preferred.
  • The candidate must have familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) platforms, which is preferred.
  • The candidate must possess strong core consulting skills, demonstrated through a track record of quality delivery and effective cross-functional relationship management.
  • The candidate must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The candidate must be able to drive results independently while thriving in collaborative environments.
  • The candidate must demonstrate a strong desire to learn and improve through feedback and continuous development.
  • The candidate must have the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in an agile environment.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, including mentorship, vision, clarity of purpose, motivation, and execution excellence.
  • The candidate must have experience leading product teams with diverse skill sets, locations, and direct and indirect reporting relationships.
