Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting EBT Managers/Senior Managers in defining, refining, and prioritizing strategic business problems and shaping the approach and plan to address them.
  • The candidate will act as an internal advisor, facilitating managers, directors, and executives through problem definition, options analysis, and solution design.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed operational process maps, interaction/capability models, and operating model design deliverables.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise investment planning processes, including cross-program prioritization, dependency mapping, and multi-year funding needs identification.
  • The candidate will be responsible for coordinating, collaborating with, and seeking support from transformation enablement teams, including change management, communications, learning/training, and org design, to plan and deliver transformation objectives.
  • The candidate will be responsible for building a network of trusted relationships across multiple levels of the organization to support transformation initiatives.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting the scheduling of working sessions with business partners and coordinating the work-back activities and reviews required to prepare for these sessions.
  • The candidate will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing refinement and continuous improvement of the EBT toolkit and methodology.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, computer science or a related discipline.
  • The candidate must have 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy implementation, or large-scale operating model transformation programs (or equivalent experience).
  • Candidates with experience in digital or IT transformations, technology product management or planning, capital planning, or agile software development will be considered an asset.
  • The candidate must be self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause identification skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • The candidate must demonstrate a willingness to learn on the job and possess a growth mindset.
  • The candidate must have the ability to influence and partner with others as a strong team player.
  • The candidate must be able to work cross-functionally with different departments and organizational levels.
