Job Description
- The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
- The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- The candidate will be expected to create work schedules and procedures.
- The candidate will be expected to deal with emergency situations.
- The candidate will be expected to keep track of quality and production levels.
- The candidate must prepare and submit progress and other reports.
- The candidate will be expected to solve work-related issues.
- The candidate will be expected to supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) worker activities.
- The candidate will be expected to train employees/staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be capable of supervising 3 to 4 and 5 to 10 people.
- The candidate must have a CPR certificate, a first aid certificate, a security guard licence, and a provincial/territorial security officer certificate.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
- The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
- The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
