Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • The candidate will be required to provide advice about merchandise.
  • The candidate will be required to greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts as well as accept cash, check, credit card, or automatic debit payment.
  • The candidate will be required to operate cash register.
  • The candidate will be required to operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
  • The candidate will be required to conduct sales transactions via Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • The candidate must prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
  • The candidate will be expected to assist with merchandise display.
  • The candidate must ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales service.
  • The candidate would be responsible for implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft and wastage.
