- Candidates working in this post are also appointed to Implement assigned product or service quality or cleanliness & sanitation program
- Candidates will also get to implement assigned Crew Management activity.
- They’re also appointed to implement assigned Cost Management activity
- They’re also required to manage the operations of assigned packaged programs.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed at least a high school education to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain at least 1-year experience as a Team Leader in a food or retail industry or any equivalent combination of education and dedicated experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain a high energy level and must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek or days including holidays.
- They must attain good communication and interpersonal skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptable to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- They must attain computer literacy in MS Office in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to be eligible for this post.
