Job Description
- The candidate must prepare, sand, and trim wooden furniture and fixture parts.
- The candidate will be responsible for recording information about the products inspected.
- The candidate must assemble wooden or metal furniture and fixture parts to form subassemblies and complete articles.
- The candidate must reinforce assembled furniture and fixtures with dowels or other supports.
- The candidate must install hardware on furniture and fixtures.
- The candidate will be responsible for inspecting furniture and fixture subassemblies as well as finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- The candidate will be responsible for marking defective parts or products for repair.
- The candidate must make minor adjustments and repairs.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
