Job Description
- Applicants for this post are required to understand the unit and department action plans, take responsibility for department goals and know how they contribute.
- They were also appointed at this post to Support the implementation of planned circular & commercial activities by involving your department throughout the customer meeting point.
- They’re also required at this post to support product quality and safety work in the customer meeting point to constantly improve customers’ quality perception of IKEA products.

Job requirement
- Applicants for this post must have 2-3 years of experience from working within Product Recovery at IKEA, or from a similar assignment in a high-volume retail business environment to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to plan and execute operations in a busy high-volume retail environment to be preferred for this post.
- They must have dedicated knowledge and experience in recovery tools and equipment and working with digital tools, Standard Operating Procedures, and documentation to be preferred for this post.
- They must ensure the ability to deliver strong business results through people to be eligible for this post.
