Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to ensure the cleanliness of the rental shop, surrounding area, and equipment.
- They’re also appointed to perform rental equipment tuning, regular maintenance, and repairs.
- They’re required to ensure all rental equipment transactions are accurately processed by training.
- Candidates are also appointed to sell items or transactions handle cash and utilize the point-of-sale machine.
- Candidates are appointed to assist with inventory processes such as rotating and displaying products.
- They’re appointed to communicate in person and via radio with the team daily.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a minimum of 16 years of age and completed a High School diploma or equivalency to be eligible for this post.
- They must have experience working in retail or rental shops and to have success in this role requires strong cash-handling abilities and basic math skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have excellent communication with an emphasis on customer service, and a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
- They must be able to work independently or as part of a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Candidates must acquire strong organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail and excellent customer service orientation.
- Candidates must attain strong interpersonal skills combined with a high level of enthusiasm and a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
- They must ensure reliability and dependability to be eligible for this post.
- They must have current intermediate First Aid certification level “C”, and Automated External Defibrillators are also required to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain successful applicants and provide proof of qualifications to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates must attain a valid security clearance with a vulnerable Sector Search must be provided. The date of completion must be within the last 12 months.
