- Candidates must provide excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers

- They should greet all customers and display warm demeanour.
- They need to accurately scan or enter product data.
- They must precisely account for cash and coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum.
- They must ask for the customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction.
