Job Description

• The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
• The candidate will be responsible for developing equipment maintenance schedules and recommending machine replacement.
• The candidate will be responsible for directing quality control inspections.
• The candidate will be responsible for hiring, supervising, training, or overseeing employee training in the use of new equipment or production techniques.
• The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory.
• The candidate must plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work.
• The candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the establishment of the departmental budget.
• The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
• The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
