Job Description
- The candidate must make adjustments and perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
- The candidate must perform minor repairs on appliances.
- The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- The candidate must perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repairs.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidate should be organized and flexible.
- The candidate must be capable of acting independently and taking the initiative.
- The candidate should have good judgmental skills.
- The candidate should be reliable.
