Job description
- Candidates have to adhere to confidentiality requirements, demonstrate initiative, and with excellent judgment and prioritizing skills.
- They understand the detail required for insurance reporting and who is not deterred by mandatory processes; experience in case management and communication with third-party/referral services is desirable.
- They have excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
- They provide group education sessions and lead small group learning.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a University Degree in their respective profession as required by the respective college.
- Candidates must have completion of a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.
- They must complete registration with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
- Candidates must have 2 years related experience in the treatment of clients/patients with work related injuries, MVA and/or experience in the third party health care system.
- They must attain experience in treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions preferred.
Work setting
- They must have a minimum of one year related experience in the treatment of clients with work-related injuries, MVA and/or experience in the third-party health care system, with strong FAE and Return to Work planning skills (desired but not essential).
- They must have a strong evidenced based, rehabilitation orientation.
