Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for determining picture composition.
- The candidate must make technical adjustments to the equipment and photograph the subjects.
- The candidate must adapt existing photographic images and create new digitized images to be included in multimedia/newmedia products.
- The candidate must be able to operate computers to manipulate photographic images.
- The candidate must study the requirements of a specific assignment and decide on the type of camera, film, lighting, and background accessories to be used.
- The candidate must take pictures of individuals, families, groups and public.
- The candidate must retouch negatives using an airbrush, a computer, or other techniques.
- The candidate must use delicate instruments such as optical microscopes connected to cameras.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
