Job Description

• The candidate must compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products.
• The candidate must prepare and maintain equipment and supplies.
• The candidate will be expected to maintain prescription records and medication and pharmaceutical product inventories.
• The candidate must collect statistics.
• The candidate must maintain an inventory of equipment.
• The candidate will be expected to perform general clerical duties.
• The candidate will be responsible for managing routine office functions such as reception, telephone and booking appointments.
• The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
• The candidate must organize and keep inventory.
• The candidate must interpret the physician’s specifications.
• The candidate must maintain medication inventories and prescription records for pharmaceutical products.
• The candidate must be able to make oral solutions, ointments, and creams.
• The candidate must bill third-party insurers.
• The candidate must ensure that prescription information is correct, enter client information into databases, and prepare medications for clients.
• The candidate must assist with scheduling and workflow.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should be accurate.
• The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
