Job Description
- A service-oriented position that enables parts activity in a service center of Tesla.
- The central connection point among technicians, customers, and interior teams.
- Ensures smooth service workflow

Responsibilities
- Job is to source and allocate parts from Distribution and Service Centers to ensure that vehicle service appointments are supported.
- Keeps track of inventory systems and informs service teams about parts availability.
- Cleans and organizes stock and special-order parts; also, he/she prepares, receives, and inspects them.
- Handles the warranty returns, and this includes hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries too.
- Coordinates parts shipments, transports items when necessary, and escalates supplier issues.
Requirements
- Communication skills at a high level
Good approach to teamwork and customer service. - Taking the pressure in managing several tasks with deadlines and priorities in a cozy way.
- Mastering the English language and the basic computer systems (MS Office included).
- A valid driver’s license and local licensing requirements can be met.
