Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to lead further development, implementation, and review of Parks Customer Level of Service models.
- Candidates are also appointed to support the evolution of AM practices and CLOS within Parks and Open Spaces.
- They’re required to support the development, implementation, and review of Parks AM and CLOS best practices, technology and data strategies.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to provide AM and CLOS consultation, advice, coaching and mentoring to ensure continued AM success.
- Candidates are also appointed to facilitate change management processes for the successful implementation of new programs and business processes.
- They’re also appointed to monitor and report on business unit performance measures and various AM and CLOS initiatives.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a degree in Business, Planning, Engineering or a related field plus a minimum of 4 years experience in asset management, business process review, change management, strategic and performance reporting to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain equivalent combinations of experience and education to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have a good understanding of asset management, information technology and organizational process review and improvement.
- They must have dedicated experience working in a politically sensitive environment with multiple interested parties.
- Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong organizational ability.
