Job Description 

• Candidates working at this post are required to handle acute concerns and provide anticipatory guidance working at this post. 
• They’re also required to develop, assess, implement and evaluate care plans for all consultations. 
• Candidates for this post are also required to maintain in-depth knowledge of current guidelines, practice standards and medical directives. 
• They’re also required to maintain a positive and results-focused attitude working at this post. 
• Candidates for this post are required to provide quality, safe, compassionate care to all clients.
• They’re also appointed at this post to communicate and work effectively with all other members of the interdisciplinary team working at this post. 

Job requirement 

• Candidates for this post must have completed BN or BScN from a recognized and accredited program and also maintain a current CARNA license to be eligible for this post. 
• They must have completed a BLS Provider course with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience to be eligible for this post. 
• They must have prior experience with chronic disease management and longitudinal care.  
• Candidates must acquire dedicated experience assessing and providing travel health immunizations and risk mitigation strategies. 
• They must acquire the ability to take initiative and demonstrate proactive/ preventative approaches to care. 
• Candidates for this post must have dedicated experience with Occupational Health along with experience with wound care and management, suture/staple removal and dressing changes. 
• Candidates for this post must have ensured familiarity with ISTM or ISTM certification with dedicated computer skills to be eligible for this post. 

Work setting 

• They must acquire exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to be eligible for this post.
