Job Description
- The candidate must clean meats in preparation for processing or cutting.
- The candidate must cut carcasses, sides, and quarters.
- The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
- The candidate must wrap and package prepared meats.
- The candidate must remove the bones from the meat.
- The candidate must weigh meats for sale.
- The candidate must cut poultry into parts.
- The candidate will have to price meat products.
- The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing fish and shellfish.
- The candidate must sell meat to customers.
- The candidate will be responsible for cutting fish into steaks and fillets.
- The candidate must prepare special orders.
- The candidate must prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
Work setting
- The candidate must work in a large restaurant or hotel.
