Job Description
- Candidates applying for this post will have to spend most of their day outside by delivering mail and packages by foot or by vehicle to customers on your route.
- Lastly, they’ll have to return to the depot to unload the day’s incoming mail and packages for later delivery applied for this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have experience in customer service and must attain experience in making deliveries or working as a driver to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have a valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s license with a safe driving record for at least 3 years to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Candidates must attain the physical ability to lift mail items weighing up to 22.7 kg and carry items weighing up to 15.9 kg regularly throughout the day.
- They must attain the ability to work in all types of weather and ensure the availability to be on-call along with the ability to read, write and speak English and/or French to be eligible for this post.
