Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to assist with the review of designs, master plans, construction drawings, specifications, costing and contract documents for projects involving Forestry assets.
- They’re also appointed to assist with the review of site plans, grading plans and technical details relative to the design and construction of capital projects.
- They’re also appointed to prepare minutes and reports relative to projects.
- Candidates are recruited to perform other related office and site duties as assigned.
Job requirement
- Candidates must be eligible for membership with the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects (OALA).
- A dedicated ISA Certification is a must.
- Candidates must attain a working background in the preparation of master plans, concept plans, contract documents, specifications, construction and technical details would be considered an asset.
- They must attain a functional understanding of the development approvals process.
