Job Description
- Providing personalized mortgage financing solutions through a home-based capacity.
- Assist clients in meeting their home financing and mortgage needs.
- Work locations are flexible, enabling advisers to operate throughout all approved locations.
- The emphasis on developing relationships with clients, establishing and maintaining trust with them, and providing clients with the necessary resources .
- This is a full-time position, with compensation based entirely on commission and inclusive of a full benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and referring partners.
Provide individualized mortgage advice which satisfies the customer’s financial goals. - You will work with the internal teams (for instance, underwriting) to make the mortgage process more comfortable.
- You will keep an eye on the mortgage market changes to provide your advice on time and relevance.
- You will ensure that the client is happy with the mortgage process by providing him with brilliant service.
- You will be flexible to be present wherever the client is and to help him with his mortgage needs.
- Initiate contact with potential mortgage customers to develop new business opportunities for yourself.
Requirements
- Forging client, referral, and community relationships.
- Offering customized mortgage consultation in line with client aspirations.
- Rendering guidance that is open, and based on trust.
- Making sure of a smooth, client-centered mortgage process.
- Partnering with the in-house teams for quick approvals.
- Continuing to be available and reachable by clients.
- Being informed on the market news, products, and regulations.
- At least 3 years of being successful in a mortgage or any related industry.
- Being very trustworthy and having great customer service attitude.
- Having very good verbal and written communication competencies as well as being able to negotiate and develop relationships.
- Possessing an entrepreneurial mindset that fits the sales by commissions model.
