Health & Safety Technician
Lululemon has announced a notification in which they’re inviting candidates for the post of Health & Safety Technician. Candidates will provide the site leadership team with weekly reports on safety activities. They will perform real-time observations (RTOs) in departments according to the regular cadence, post-event analysis, or incident frequency. They will send reports to the leadership and keep up with the reporting database. They will lead the emergency response team and take part in emergency response activities when necessary.

Job description
- Candidates must keep up training records for safety programmes.
- They must provide Power Industrial Truck training as well as a lululemon health and safety orientation for new hires.
- They will join the emergency response team and take part in the actions related to it.
- They will include first aid kits, emergency communication devices, signs, fire extinguishers, personal protective equipment.
- They will include emergency warning devices, inspect and maintain all safety supplies and equipment.
Job requirement
- Candidates must be adaptable and flexible with a schedule.
- They must have the capacity to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
- They must have the potential to put on personal defence gear.
Work setting
- Candidates must possess the necessary attendance records.
- They should have the capacity to uphold a secure workplace and provide evidence of prior safe work practises.
- They need to develop familiarity with the distribution centre’s occupational health and safety laws.
