Job Description

Job requirement
- Candidates must have 1 year of previous experience in providing rehabilitative, long-term care or chronic care to patients to be eligible for this post.
- They must have dedicated knowledge of basic nursing care principles, techniques and procedures to be eligible for this post.
- They must have knowledge of the Personal Health Information Act, Workplace Hazardous Material Information System, and other relevant Workplace Safety and Health requirements to be preferred for this post.
- Candidates must have physical and mental health to be preferred for this post.
- Candidates must acquire prior knowledge of regional, site and work area policies and procedures.
- Candidates for this post must know the roles and responsibilities of members of the healthcare team and dedicated skills in providing specialized and long-term nursing care to residents.
- They must have dedicated skills in the application of appropriate techniques for resident lifting, transferring and mobilization to be preferred for this post.
- Candidates for this post must attain the ability to express ideas and thoughts in English both verbally and in written formats.
