Job Description
- The candidate must be capable of loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
- The candidate must read blueprints to determine the dimensions of structures or systems and the required materials.
- The candidate must operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
- The candidate must ship orders.
- The candidate must create labels and attach them to goods.
- The candidate must pack and unpack goods.
- The candidate must sort, crate, and stack goods.
- The candidate must install, lash, and secure goods.
- The candidate will be responsible for storing cargo and materials.
- The candidate must organize inventories using computerized inventory control systems.
- The candidate will be responsible for handling and storing hazardous products.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the French language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must have a Forklift Operator Certification and a Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate.

Work setting
- The candidate must work in a trucking company.
- The candidate should work in a warehouse, which can be a noisy and busy environment with hundreds of warehouse operatives, pickers, and packers, as well as many forklift truck drivers moving pallets between shelves.
