Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for clearing fields of wood and stone.
• The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must sort fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate will be responsible for weeding.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should be a good team player.

Work site environment

• Farm operations include hog and pig farming, as well as other vegetables and melon farming (except potato).
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work setting

• The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
• The applicant should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.

Experience and specialization

Type of crops

• Crops include onions and grains.

Equipment and machinery experience

• The candidate must have experience operating an onion seeder, onion transplanter, forklift, and vegetable harvester.
