Job Description
- The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
- The candidate will be expected to supervise apprenticeship training.
- The candidate will be required to prepare production and other reports.
- The candidate will be expected to recruit and hire workers as well as carry out related staffing actions.
- The candidate will be expected to plan and coordinate activities.
- The candidate will be expected to coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
- The candidate must ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
- The candidate must devise methods for meeting work schedules.
- The candidate must be able to read blueprints and drawings.
- The candidate will be expected to solve work problems and recommend measures to increase productivity.
- The candidate will be expected to supervise employees and projects.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
Work site environment
- The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
- The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
