Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to plan and coordinate activities.
- The candidate will be expected to collaborate with other project supervisors or managers to coordinate work activities.
- The candidate must ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
- The candidate must devise methods for meeting work schedules.
- The candidate must be able to read blueprints and drawings.
- The candidate must make recommendations for personnel actions.
- The candidate will be expected to order materials and supplies.
- The candidate will be expected to solve work problems and recommend measures to increase productivity.
- The candidate will be expected to supervise employees and projects.
- The candidate must either train or arrange for training.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 1 to 2 people and 3-4 people.
- The candidate will be expected to supervise labourers and trades assistants.
