Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for coordinating equipment testing work schedules with support from department Schedulers, Managers, and/or Team Leads. The candidate will adjust schedules based on internal staff or third-party tester availability, site construction schedules, travel requirements, and equipment testing needs to meet equipment in-service dates and project milestones. The candidate will also coordinate time-off requests within established guidelines.
  • The candidate will be responsible for dispatching equipment testing work to department resources, including internal staff and third-party testers, based on availability and skill set. The candidate will adjust daily assignments, including real-time changes when required, dispatch testing work to the field, and track progress through completion.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and tracking the daily and weekly completion of onsite testing work and notifying management of issues that may affect testing schedules or employee safety.
  • The candidate will be responsible for confirming site safety and equipment readiness for testing with Area Planner/Schedulers, job requestors, Construction Managers, or their delegates before dispatching work to department resources.
  • The candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries related to equipment testing schedules and site readiness and referring unresolved issues to management for resolution.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, lists, and schedules, including equipment test data, testing schedule changes, time-off schedules, and employee contact information.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the safety of internal staff in the field by completing Daily Check In/Out, Secondary Check In/Out, Trip Plan Check In, and Personal Safety procedures.
  • The candidate will be responsible for performing other minor duties related to the position that do not affect the overall job rating.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have a Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or a related field, along with two (2) years of customer service experience.
