Job Description

The candidate will be required to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
The candidate will be required to load, unload and transport construction materials
The candidate would be responsible for assisting framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
The candidate will be required to clean and pile salvaged materials.
The candidate would be responsible for accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping lumber, wood, and other building materials.
The candidate would be responsible for attaching building materials using screws, nuts, and bolts.
The candidate would be responsible for erecting temporary structures such as scaffolds and hoists.
The candidate would be in charge of repairing existing framework structures that are damaged or structurally unsound.
The candidate would be in charge of analysing blueprints and drawings in order to determine the structural dimensions of the framework to be built.
The candidate would be responsible for analyzing construction plans to identify potential structural problems.
The candidate would be in charge of cleaning up job sites by removing all carpentry debris and waste.
The candidate would be in charge of building wooden concrete forms to help the construction team erect various concrete structures.
The candidate will be required to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction such as mixers, compressors and pumps
The candidate would be responsible for repairing existing, old, and damaged structures or framework
The candidate will be required to assist in drilling and blasting rock at construction sites
The candidate will be required to assist in demolishing buildings using prying bars and other tools
The candidate will be required to assist miners in excavating and in setting up and operating various drills and other surface mining machinery
The candidate will be required to clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove asbestos and other hazardous materials
The candidate will be required to perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
The candidate will be responsible for selecting tools, equipment, and materials from storage and transporting them to the job site.

The candidate should be fluent in English
There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Previous experience is not mandatory.
The candidate should be able to handle weight up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and more than 45 kg (100 lbs)

The candidate should be willing to work in an outdoor environment for long hours.

Transportation/Travel Information
