Job Description
- The candidate must be capable of loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
- The candidate must operate various equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
- The candidate must ship orders.
- The candidate must pick orders and stock.
- The candidate must weigh materials and goods.
- The candidate must make labels and attach them to goods.
- The candidate must wrap goods.
- The candidate must pack and unpack goods.
- The candidate must sort, crate, and stack goods.
- The candidate must transport and distribute materials and goods.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must hold a certificate of secondary (high) school graduation or possess equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must hold a Counterbalanced Forklift Training Certificate, Narrow Aisle Forklift Training Certificate, a Forklift Operator Certification, a Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate, and a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Work site environment
- The candidate will be required to work in confined spaces.
- The candidate must work in a dusty environment.
- The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.

- The candidate should work in a warehouse, which can be a noisy, busy place to work, with hundreds of warehouse operatives, pickers, and packers, working alongside many forklift truck drivers who are moving pallets between shelves.
- The candidate must work in manufacturing industry to operate machinery, assemble products, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
