Job Descriptionย
- Candidates will have to inspect building places and structures.ย ย
- Candidates will also have to confirm building a fire alarm system, sprinkler system,ย emergency power generator system,ย smoke control system, and others.ย
- Candidates will have to review alternate code solutions.ย ย
- Candidates will have to project work assigned by supervisory staff.ย
Job Requirementsย
- Candidates must have completed grade 12.ย
- Candidates must have a valid Class 5 Alberta Operator’s license.ย ย
- Candidates must have experience as a certified safety codes officer in another discipline.ย ย
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills.ย ย
- Candidates must be certified FSCo B1 or B2 rank.ย ย
Work settingย
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry or 5 years experience in municipal fire serviceย
