Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
Spanish and Panjabi are considered asset languages.
The candidate must supervise more than 20 people.
The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
The candidate must be well-organized.
The candidate should be a good team player.

Work site environment

Farm operations include fruit and vegetable combination farming, organic farming, and potato and vegetable production.
The candidate must be able to work in a dusty and hot environment.
The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
