Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to optimize the annual productivity of resources and work management processes through the development of efficient work plans and utilizing long-range forecasts.
  • Candidates are also responsible for ensuring Resource Work Management Service Levels and Productivity reporting are completed and reviewed weekly while working at this post. 
  • They’re also appointed at this post to manage relationships with operations managers, customer service, control centre operations, engineering, procurement, 3rd party services, and others working at this post. 
  • Candidates at this post are also responsible for personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations working at this post. 
  • They’re also accountable for environmental performance as it relates to the environmental management system processes and initiatives working at this post. 

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain a dedicated bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologist, or a minimum of five years of related experience to be eligible for this post. 
  • Applicants must attain dedicated experience working for a regulated utility business to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must have prior experience managing multiple projects, scheduling and resource allocation to be preferred for this post. 
  • Candidates for this post may require travel and possess a valid driver’s license with a clear driver’s abstract to get preferred for this post.

Work setting 

  • Candidates must have an equivalent combination of education and experience to be preferred for this post.
