Job Description
- The candidate must have mountain driving experience.
- The candidate must maintain professionalism in customer service.
- The candidate must drive lighter, special-purpose trucks.
- The candidate must load and unload goods.
- The candidate must operate and drive straight or articulated trucks in order to transport goods and materials.
- The candidate must perform brake adjustments.

Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must have an Air Brakes Endorsement Certification, an Air Brake (Z) Endorsement Certification, and a Driver’s License (Class 1 or A).
- The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Type of trucking and equipment
- The candidate must have experience operating tractor-trailers and tractor-trailer B-trains.
Communication systems experience
- The candidate must have experience using citizens band (CB) radios, operating GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment, and using a trip recorder (on-board computer).
Transportation/travel experience
- The candidate must have travel experience at the provincial/territorial levels.
- The candidate must have short-haul travel experience.
