Job description
- Candidates work with Operations Manager and Unit Managers to address any Dispatch issues.
- They handle Customer complaints and inquiries.
- They change management.
- They report preparation and analysis as required by the Operations Manager.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a minimum three years Management experience.
- They must have a minimum of three years Dispatch experience.
- They should have experience with managing/working in a unionised environment.
- They should have excellent knowledge of Dispatch operationsย
Work setting
- Candidates must have great oral and written communication skills.
- They need to have proficient experience with Microsoft Suite.
- They should have sound knowledge of the Ship Trakk / Comlog / Salesforce system and procedures.
- They must have interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
