Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for leading the multi year strategy and annual roadmap for NA Ecommerce campaigns, programs, and elevated digital experiences across web and app platforms.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, prioritization, and delivery of regional and global brand, product, and enterprise initiatives to support revenue growth and engagement.
- The candidate will be responsible for shaping the end to end guest journey and UI across key site and app touchpoints.
- The candidate will collaborate with Brand, Digital Product, UX, Technology, and Analytics teams to align priorities, roadmaps, and execution activities.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a high performing team while creating scalable operational processes and best practices.
- The candidate will oversee creative investment decisions, manage experimentation and personalization initiatives, and ensure content meets accessibility standards.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have 8+ years of ecommerce experience, including experience leading large scale digital marketing or content programs.
- The candidate must have 7+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and senior level talent.
- The candidate must have a proven track record of delivering consumer focused ecommerce campaigns at scale.
- The candidate must have a strong understanding of digital experience strategy, analytics, and financial performance.
- The candidate must have experience working within complex, matrixed organizations across global and regional teams.
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to balance long term strategic planning with effective short term execution.
- The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, which will be considered an asset.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
- The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
