Job Description

The candidate must deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.
The candidate must operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
The candidate must maintain professionalism in customer service.
The candidate must receive and relay information to central dispatch.
The candidate must prepare, package, and replenish goods.
The candidate must load and unload goods.
The candidate must be able to follow directions and read maps.
The candidate must use maps and other trip planning tools.
The candidate must record all trip-related information, including mileage, fuel expenses, and any issues.
The candidate will be responsible for performing pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, as well as overseeing all aspects of the vehicle.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
The candidate must have an Air Brakes Endorsement Certification, Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than three axles), Forklift Operator Certification, and a Driver’s License (Class 3 or D).
The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
