Job Description

  • The candidate must deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.
  • The candidate must operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • The candidate must maintain professionalism in customer service.
  • The candidate must accept payments or invoices for items delivered.
  • The candidate must receive and relay information to central dispatch.
  • The candidate must sell products through established routes.
  • The candidate must assemble, install, and set up merchandise/products.
  • The candidate must keep a record of items received and delivered.
  • The candidate will be responsible for delivering newspapers and flyers to residents and businesses.
  • The candidate must prepare, package, and replenish goods.
  • The candidate will be responsible for transporting and handling dangerous goods.
  • The candidate will be responsible for accepting and delivering messages and packages for events, conferences, and assemblies.
  • The candidate must load and unload goods.
  • The candidate will be responsible for sorting packages for delivery.
  • The candidate must be able to follow directions and read maps.
  • The candidate must use maps and other trip planning tools.
  • The candidate must record all trip-related information, including mileage, fuel expenses, and any issues.
  • The candidate must pay for and receive payments for goods.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate should be client focused.
  • The candidate must be well-organized.
  • The candidate should be reliable.
