Job Description
- Candidates accountable at this post to start the day in the depot, sorting and preparing the day’s deliveries working at this post.
- Applicants are also accountable at this post to load and drive a Canada Post postal vehicle working at this post.
Job requirement
- People applying for this post must attain experience in customer service.
- They must attain dedicated experience in making deliveries or working as a driver to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants accountable for this post must attain the ability to work in all types of weather to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Candidates must have the availability to be on-call. Along with this, they must attain the ability to read, write and speak English and French to be eligible for this post.
- People applying for this post must have a valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s license with a safe driving record for at least 3 years to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates must attains the physical ability to lift mail items weighing up to 22.7 kg and carry items weighing up to 15.9 kg regularly throughout the day to be preferred for this post.
