Job Description
- Candidates are responsible for administrative processes relating to stock usage and returns, time reporting, order completion, vehicles and customer billing documentation.
- They’re also appointed to provide training to customers as required. Identifies, assists and notifies the sales department of potential sales opportunities.
- Candidates are also appointed to provide high-quality customer service with the installation, maintenance, repair and removal of residential and small business customer equipment and outside plant facilities.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain the ability to plan and organize in a self-directed environment.
- They must attain dedicated general knowledge of personal computers and various software applications.
- Candidates must attain good verbal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with others.
- They must attain a Valid Driver’s License to be eligible for this post.
