Job Description
- Candidates at this post are appointed for managing multiple client cases at a time with strict observance of associated tasks and deadlines.
- Candidates are also appointed for partnering with other members of the Customer Enablement and Tech Esc teams to develop processes around the design, development, extraction and training activities.
- Candidates will have to be confident, articulate, and sensitive to the needs of customers and internal partners.
- Candidates are also appointed for contributing regularly to our customer-facing knowledge base.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a proactive mindset, constantly thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions where appropriate.
- Candidate must attains a dedicated bachelor’s degree to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain effortless communication skills, confident and sensitive to the needs of customers.
- Candidates must be comfortable and confident in facilitating ‘in person’ live sessions through Zoom.
