Job Description

Responsibilities
- Greet customers.

- Set up product displays and update pricing and signage as required.
- Process claims, returns and merchandise protection tasks.
- Receive incoming merchandise and place products in assigned locations.
- Complete required paperwork, logs and store documentation.
- Refer service related matters to the Customer Service Manager when appropriate.
- Restock merchandise and complete downstocking activities when required.
- Set up modular layouts and update shelf configurations.
Requirements
- Can work effectively in a fast paced retail setting.
- Can provide helpful customer service and product support.
- Comfortable handling merchandise and completing stocking duties.
- Can maintain store presentation standards and product displays.
- Able to complete paperwork, logs and inventory related records.
- Can follow company procedures related to merchandise protection and workplace safety.
- Available to work varying work periods including weekends and holidays based on store needs.
