Job Description
- The post of a Client Executive mainly involves driving revenue growth through prospecting new public sector business and growing current public sector accounts.
- Be the first point of contact for clients while developing long-lasting, trusted relationships.
- Develop account plans to identify opportunities and direction for client engagement.
- Provide consultative, solutions-based recommendations across Bell’s telecom and IT solutions.
- Hybrid work conditions could be arranged but Successful candidates will have to report at the Bell office 3 days a week
Responsibilities
- Accelerate sales growth by bringing new clients on-board and developing business with existing public sector customers through Bell’s full solution portfolio.
- Develop and foster strong customer relationships as the primary contact, ensuring that our solutions continue to meet their current and changing needs.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that identify growth opportunities and solutions for the customer and their business in-out for the long term.
- Apply a consultative selling style and take the time to listen to understand customer challenges and how Bell solutions connect with their business.
- Take overall ownership of the
solicitation response process, including content development of RFP responses, proposal submissions, presentations and executive summaries. - Actively build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, achieving accurate revenue forecasts by keeping CRM updated.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with the internal team to deliver a positive customer experience, and execute contracts.
- Stay current with technologies and trends in telecom, IT, and competitive environments, and should understand Bell products and services.
- Chair negotiations and assist customers with contract renewals or amendments, capturing obligations for both Bell and the customer in the signed agreement.
Requirements
- Outstanding track of performance in enterprise tech/telecom sales, delivering quotas regularly.
- Deep understanding of public sector purchasing, RFPs, and gov’t contracts.
- Consultative selling and public sector advising are among the skill sets.
- Nice grasp of Bell solutions (networking, cloud, cybersecurity, UC, managed IT).
- The ability to create professional relationships with higher government officials over a long time is proven.
- Good planning, strategy, and value-based positioning skills.
- Communicating, presenting, negotiating & closing are ways of excellent skill.
- Bachelor’s or similar training; Salesforce user experience.
- Can adapt to any change in governmental priorities.
- Can handle long sales cycles
